How do I return my item/s for a refund?

- You can submit a full refund request by emailing me (info@battlecrew.co.uk.) You have up to 14 days after the delivery day of your item. From this request approval, you have 14 days to get this item back to us.

- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition.

- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way. 

Can I exchange my item?

- You can return your item for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery date.

Do you offer free returns?

Due to the size of the business we can do not offer free returns.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us at info@battlecrew.co.uk and we will solve this as quickly as possible.
